I absolutely love simplicity!

‘The New One Minute Manager’ Ken Blanchard builds even more around the importance of side-by-side leadership which is critical for success and engagement today.

I’m sure many of you agree that this is a legendary book which will be around for another 40 years… so very worthy of a celebration from us all 😊

And this post got me thinking about what other leadership books have really inspired and resonated with me over the years. 

So, in no particular order, here’s my current Top 3: –

·      The Naked Leader David Taylor
·      Living Brave Leadership Guy Bloom
·      Dare to Lead Brené Brown

There is so much wisdom from the authors contained in these pages (being old school, I have the actual paperbacks!!)

Their words enable us to grow and develop our skills, mindset, and behaviours for our whole life – thank you to each of them as their writing and experience helps to make me a better version of myself everyday!
